ELLIE BERNSTEIN

Ellie Bernstein received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Philosophy from Syracuse University in 1994. She then worked as a Media Planner for BATES USA and Cliff Freeman & Partners in New York, NY.

In 2001, she received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. While in law school, Ellie received a Lisle Scholarship; was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy; clerked for the Honorable Bernard Fried, Supreme Court, New York, NY; the City of New York Department of Consumer Affairs; and the New York County District Attorney’s Office.

After law school, Ellie was a litigation associate in the New York offices of Anderson, Kill & Olick, P.C. until she moved to Florida in 2003. Ellie practices in the areas of insurance coverage, bad faith, commercial litigation, and contract preparation.
