LAURENCE KRUTCHIK

Laurence Krutchik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2004. From there, he was a paralegal for two years, in New Jersey, for firms practicing Environmental Law and Mass Tort Litigation.

He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating in 2009. While in law school, Laurence served as the Managing Technical Editor of the Nova Law Review. He also authored Down But Not Out: A Comparison of Previous Attempts at Immigration Reform and the Resulting Agency Implemented Changes, 32 NOVA L. REV. 455 (2008). Laurence served as a research assistant for Professor Ronald Brown researching and analyzing developments in property law, which was discussed in the American Bar Association’s Probate and Property Magazine. Additionally, he received the Book Award in Real Estate Transactions. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Laurence practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad faith and construction defect litigation. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
