MARIELA MALFELD

Mariela Malfeld graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in 2004 receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a double minor in German and Business Law. She received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. While in law school, Mariela was a member of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy.

Mariela practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad faith and construction defect litigation. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
